Sallie is unique because of what she brings to the board and how she guides the board with making decisions. Sallie Foster was instrumental in the formation of the Fells Landing Condo Association in Baltimore City. As one might expect with new construction, there were numerous issues that surfaced. Through her patience and perseverance, problems within her control were handled in an expeditious manner. For the more serious problems, Sallie not only guided the Board through the process of seeking corrective measures but also took the lead in presenting our concerns to the builder.

As a board volunteer for over ten years, I know that Sallie Foster made what could be an overwhelming job much more manageable. A knowledgeable, experienced property manager is instrumental in keeping an HOA running smoothly and Sallie has both of those attributes. We benefited from that experience by relying on her to handle issues promptly. She used her knowledge of our particular covenants and declarations to promptly answer questions for homeowners without having to delay a response by checking with the board. When situations required board approval, we were notified immediately enabling us to get an answer to the homeowner quickly.

When major repairs had to be handled, she did so professionally and presented the board with various bids from which to choose. When a major water line broke in our community, she was able to get us a credit on a future water bill for the excess water used during the period it was leaking. Had it not been for her 20-years experience, the board might never have been aware of that option.

I would highly recommend Sallie Foster to anyone in the process of looking for a property manager.

I was privileged to work with Sallie when I was President of the Board of Directors of the Bayland Condominiums. Sallie helped us orchestrate an Architectural Transition Study that resulted in the builder having to replace inferior work done by subcontractors during construction on all four of our buildings. Her ability to work with difficult personalities was exemplified during this project by the clear and concise manner in which she accomplished any task.

Sallie is knowledgeable, competent, levelheaded, hardworking and willing to tackle any task to get the job done.
