Sallie W. Foster is a 20-year veteran in property management and real-estate related fields.  She is experienced in managing numerous property management projects, developing corporate marketing initiatives, creating business development plans and corporate staff training.

Sallie is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI), Chesapeake Chapter, and has earned accreditation as Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS).  She has also participated in curriculum planning workshops at Baltimore County Community Colleges for the development of coursework taught for the A.A.S. Real Estate Property Management degree.  

Prior to opening Crown Property Management, she was Vice President of a large property management company in Bel Air, MD.  While at that company, she serviced a wealth of communities in the Baltimore/Washington D.C. metropolitan area, received excellent recommendations from all of them and has an excellent reputation in the industry.  While with her previous employer, she also created and moderated several seminars on the “basics of property management”.  Invited guests included distinguished lawyers and insurance company representatives.   

Sallie has a B.S. degree from York College of Pennsylvania and currently resides in Cockeysville, MD.
